If the passcode to the iPad is forgotten, Zuludesk allows us to reset this remotely without the need for wiping the iPad.
Please submit a Help ticket via this page and we can arrange to do this for you.
Once we do this, the iPad needs to be connected to WiFi. Once the command has been given, a popups box will ask you to create a new passcode.
If the device cannot connect to WiFi for any reason or the box does not popup, we will be able to connect this once the iPad is at school.
