Tickets can be submitted in two ways.
If you email any of the following addresses from any device, a ticket is automatically created for you
IT Support - firstname.lastname@example.org
Maintenance requests - email@example.com
Caretaker requests - firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively you can submit a request manually.
From the RGS Help page, simply click Submit a request which is located towards the top right corner.
The page below will be displayed, enter the required details (items with * are required fields) then press submit.
