If you find your print jobs are getting stuck and you are not receiving the Papercut print notification, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Ensure the Papercut application is running.
If this is not visible, locate PCClient in the applications folder and open it.
Step 2: If you are still not receiving the Papercut print notification. Open the print queue by clicking printer icon on the dock.
Step 3: Delete the stuck job(s) by pressing the X on the right-hand side of the job.
Step 4: In the Keychain app, ensure the login keychain is selected on the left-hand side. Scroll down the main window until you see an item called PRINTSERVER64 as shown below. Hold the ctrl key on the keyboard and the item. You should now have the option to delete the item.
Step 5: Select Delete on the next screen
Step 6: When you next print a document you will be required enter your username and password. Please ensure "Remember this password in my keychain" is ticked.
