As a result of the security policy updates, it is now a requirement for staff to have a 6 digit passcode on their iPads and iPhones.
If you already have a six (or more) digit passcode - these amendments will not affect you, as your device will be considered compliant by our systems.
If you currently have a 4 digit passcode, when you next connect your device to the internet, you will receive a notification on your device prompting you to change your passcode. Click continue to change your passcode immediately.
You will need to enter your current passcode first in order to change your passcode.
Next you will need to enter a new passcode of 6 or more characters.
Finally, you will be asked to confirm your new passcode by typing it in again.
