If your RGS password has been forgotten or has expired due to the password not being reset before the deadline it can be reset using the Self service portal.
Reset using Web portal
Step 1: Visit https://selfservice.rgsw.org.uk and click the Reset password link.
Step 2: Enter you RGS username and click continue.
Step 3: Answer the questions you chose during enrolment, enter the on screen characters and click continue.
Step 4: Enter and then confirm your new password, enter the on screen characters and click reset password.
Reset using app
Step 1: Open the AD Self service app and tap Password Reset
Step 2: Enter your RGS username and tap Next
Step 3: Enter your answers to the questions and tap Next.
Please note the time limit below Next. If you have not completed the reset before this time expires, please go back to Step 1.
Step 4: Enter and then confirm a new password. Tap Reset. The new password will now set, please follow these instructions to change your WiFi and email password.
