Please follow the steps below to enrol and the Self service web portal to change your password.
Enrolling will only need to be done once unless the details used to enrol are forgotten. If this happens, please contact email@example.com. You account will be removed from the self service portal and you will be required to re-enrol. We cannot view answers to your registered questions or reset individual answers.
Passwords will be set to reset automatically every 90 days. You will be notified by email or push notification several days before the password is due to change. Prior to this date, please follow the instructions to change your password.
If you have not changed your password before the deadline or you have forgotten your password at any point in time. Please follow the Reset password instructions.
Enrolment - Using a desktop/laptop web browser
Step 1: Enter your current RGS username and password then click Login.
Step 2: The following screen will appear, press Click Here to begin Enrolment.
Step 3: Please choose questions from the drop down menu, the final question allows you to create your own question. When complete, click Enrol.
Step 4: Confirmation of your enrolment will be displayed. You will now be asked to change your password. If you do not wish to change your password at this time, please click Sign out.
Enrolment - Using a mobile device web browser
Step 1: From your mobile device, click this link to visit the Self service portal. Tap Login
Step 2: Enter your RGS username and current password, tap Login
Step 3: You will now be asked to enrol. Choose questions from the drop down menu and enter your answers. The last question allows you to create your own question. When complete, tap Enrol.
Step 4: You can now change your password. Tap the cross in the top right hand corner to proceed. Enter your current password then a new password, confirm and tap Change
