To be able to print to the school printers, you need to have Papercut installed on your device. To download Papercut to your iOS device, click here
Once it has downloaded, enter your username and password and tick the box 'remember me'.
The example below shows you how to print from an iOS device. The Notes app has been used in this example, and the same procedure is followed with any other app.
Step 1: Click the print option within the app.
Step 2: Tap Select printer and tap the printer you require, either AirPrint Mono (Black & White) or AirPrint Colour.
Step 3: Enter your RGS username and password as below. Your password will be remembered until you change your password
Step 4: Choose the number of copies and press Options to change select paper options.
Step 4: Once you have printed from your app, press the home button on your iPad and tap the Printing icon as shown below.
The first time you use this, you will need to enter your RGS username & password then tap Log In.
Step 5: Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the following page. Tap Print to continue
Step 6: A list of print jobs awaiting release will be displayed. Please note: If a print job is not released within 24 hours, it will be automatically deleted from the print queue and the cost refunded to your account.
