When a password has been changed, you will be required to amend your email password.
If you only use the Webmail (OWA - Outlook web app) you do not need to do anything except enter your new password when you login to email online.
Wi-Fi Password change
After your password has been changed, your laptop should attempt to automatically rejoin RGS Staff WiFi.
Step 1: The following box should appear. Enter your new password and click OK.
If the above box does not automatically appear. Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click the Apple symbol in the top left corner and click System Preferences, then Click Network.
Step 2: If 'locked' click the padlock in the bottom left corner and enter your password to unlock. The click advanced.
Step 3: Highlight RGS Staff and click the minus symbol then click OK.
Step 4: Click the drop down box next to Network name and click RGS Staff
Step 5: Enter your email address and password, click ok
Email Password change - Outlook
Step 1: Open Outlook then in the top left corner, click Outlook then Preferences.
Step 2: Click Accounts.
Step 3: Choose your account on the left hand side then delete and then enter your new password. Click the Red button in the top left corner to save the changes.
Email Password change - Apple Mail
Step 1: Click the Apple symbol in the top left corner then click System Preferences
Step 2: Click Internet Accounts
Step 3: Click 'Exchange' or 'RGSW' in the left hand side of the screen the click Details
Step 4: Delete and then enter your new password into the Password box, click OK.
