Please follow the steps below to configure, enrol and use the mobile app to change your password.
For devices registered with Airwatch, the app can be downloaded from RGS app catalog. The app can also be downloaded from the Apple App store and Google Play store.
Configuring the app will only need to done once unless the app is removed from your device or you have a replacement iPad
To use the app you must first of all configure the following details to connect the app.
Step 1: When you first open the app it will ask you to enable Notifications, please click allow as this will send you reminders prior to your password expiring.
Step 2: Tap Server Settings
Step 3: Slide to enable https and the enter the details as follows:
Server name: selfservice.rgsw.org.uk
Your screen should then look the same as the image below.
Step 4: When asked to enable push notifications - please click Yes
Step 1: Tap Login
Step 2: Enter your RGS username and Password then tap Done
Step 3: Please choose three questions from the drop down menu and then add your answers. The final question allows you to enter your own question and answer.
Once completed, tap Enroll.
Step 4: You will receive confirmation when completed.
If presented with the following screen after tapping ok. Please close the app until you wish to change your password.
